Poorly poo

My little bunny is poorly sick :( Will you look at that little red nose and those hot cheeks and that constant stream of snot? Nice huh? He sounds like he has been smoking 40 Lambert & Butler a day for the last 35 years as well which makes me giggle a little bit, then feel terribly guilty.



Anyhoo, you know how I am totally on top of all my housework and have absolutely no hobbies taking up every available centimetre of space in this tiny little abode? Well, of course that isn't exactly true but even so I have decided to take up a new one. And it is already taking up a lot of space. Sometimes I actually do look at myself in the mirror and ask the question "Why?".

So felting it is and a felter I am. After having been seduced by a book I read last week I ordered a starter kit and expected back one of those little sushi bamboo rolling mats and a bit of net. Instead I got a bamboo blind that, quite seriously, I am considering installing at the French Windows and a net curtain that I could protect the privacy of the whole street with.

Whilst Simon was upstairs with George tonight I gave felting my first go, I will share photies tomorrow but, you will be pleased to know, I will not be sharing the words that came out of Simon's mouth when he came back downstairs and saw the state of the kitchen. It was fun but definately one of those "oooh, this isn't as easy as it looks" moments!

I think those clever Etsy ladies can definately sleep safe in their beds tonight ;)
